He has helped service providers navigate the complex regulatory environment while ensuring financial sustainability and improving resource allocation to deliver high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Gaurav\u2019s comprehensive understanding of financial management, paired with his strategic vision, allows him to develop bespoke solutions for organisations facing multifaceted challenges. His commitment to financial excellence ensures that organisations not only meet their financial goals but also make meaningful contributions to the community, particularly in the disability services space. His leadership within the NDIS sector reflects his dedication to promoting economic growth and fostering positive social impact.<\/p>\n<p>In his earlier career, Gaurav worked with large accounting firms, where he specialised in audit and business advisory for small and mid-sized businesses.
