Ravi Bhatt is the Managing Director at Sunrise2Sunrise. Ravi has dedicated himself to the Disability Sector for over 16 years. He has extensive experience, spending 12 years working in residential accommodation services.

Ravi’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, an Advanced Diploma in Disability, a Diploma in Community Welfare Work, and certification as a mindfulness teacher. These qualifications highlight his commitment to providing caring and comprehensive support.

In 2018, Ravi founded Sunrise2Sunrise with a strong focus on person-centered care. The organisation offers services like Supported Independent Living, Child, Youth, and Family Support, In-Home Support, and a Community Participation program. Under Ravi’s leadership, Sunrise2Sunrise has become known for providing tailored support to individuals and families in various aspects of their lives.

With over 50 years of combined experience in Disability Support, Ravi Bhatt and his team have the expertise and resources to improve care standards and support sustainable growth consistently.

Outside of work, Ravi is family-oriented with two children, aged 8 and 10. He enjoys playing soccer with his son, Jaynil, and singing with his daughter, Rhythm. Ravi values quality time spent with his family and enjoys reading books and listening to podcasts. He is also actively volunteering with charity organisations and his local community.

Ravi’s involvement in the early stages of the NDIS rollout in Geelong in 2014-2015 reflects his commitment to improving disability support services. His leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and ability to connect with people have earned him a strong reputation in the Disability sector.
