For May 2025, we are pleased to announce Eddie Toleafoa as our Employee of the Month.
Eddie has recently taken on the role of House Manager for a young child with complex needs.
He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in this challenging position, showing both initiative and reliability.
His commitment to the child’s well-being has been unwavering, and his ability to manage sensitive and demanding circumstances with care and professionalism has set a strong example for others in the team.
