Step 1: Submit Application

Step 2: Initial Review of the Application
Once you’ve submitted your online application, our People and Culture team will review it based on the role’s criteria. If you move forward, we’ll invite you to an interview.
Step 3: Interview Experience
This stage of the journey is all about connection. Your interview may take place in person or online, and in some cases, there may be multiple conversations. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions about the role or about life at Sunrise2Sunrise.
You’ll usually meet with a two-person panel, including a leader from the recruiting team and a member of our People and Culture team. Together, they’ll explore what motivates you, how your values align with ours, and the skills, experience, and qualifications you’ll bring to our community.

Step 4: Compliance Checks and Employment Offer
At this stage, depending on the role you’ve applied for, you may be asked to provide any missing information from your application before we extend an offer to you.
Your People and Culture contact will guide you through this process, ensuring a seamless experience with us. This may include providing the names of two professional references, undertaking online assessments and undergoing related checks required for working in disability services.
Depending on your roles, this will consist of, amongst other checks, a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, a Working with Children Check and a Police Clearance. Keep in mind that the final stages of the recruitment process can vary based on the role and location you’ve applied for.
