Sunrise2Sunrise is a Registered NDIS provider that does things differently. We take pride in offering professional services traditionally only provided in larger corporate Disability Support organisations, but take a personalised approach.

We tailor our services to each and every participant and all our services are in accordance with the Disability Act 2006, NDIS Act 2013 and Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities act 2006. At Sunrise2Sunrise we’re about relationships – people always come first.

The Sunrise2Sunrise staff – or as we call them, our Life Changers – are selected for their experience in the Disability Support Industry. Our team are NDIS Rockstars, and support people’s lifestyles to help them find their strengths and abilities.

Sunrise2Sunrise is always looking for like-minded people to join our mission; to provide the best life for our participants. Help us improve the way society functions and how it views the disability space through education, systems and processes.

We strive for our participants at Sunrise2Sunrise to live their best life. We do this by providing support via building motivation and skills to give them the confidence to take part in all areas of society.

Sunrise2Sunrise is dedicated to the professional delivery of our services following NDIS guidelines on reporting and reviewing health documents to ensure the highest level of care is delivered.

Area Manager

Paris brings more than five years of experience in the disability sector and has served as House manager with us, where she has successfully led teams and supported participants to achieve what matters most to them. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Paris thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in leading by example. She is passionate about unlocking team potential and streamlining complex operations with clarity and care.

Outside of work, Paris loves to travel, explore cuisines from around the world, and cheer for her beloved Melbourne Storm – proudly the No. 1 NRL team!

Gordana has many different duties and absolutely enjoys working at Sunrise2Sunrise

With 35 years in Customer service Gordana strives to ensure that every experience is a positive one when calling or talking to our amazing Participants or the Public.

David Bio

David Snape

People & Culture Manager

David brings 20 years of HR management experience, including over 15 years in the NDIS sector. His hands-on and pragmatic approach helped drive strategic HR initiatives while ensuring day-to-day effectiveness.

David’s HR strengths include stakeholder relationship building, employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and defining company value propositions. He is passionate about aligning people and processes to strategic objectives, ensuring that clients remain at the heart of all decisions.

David values accountability, teamwork, and fostering an enjoyable, purpose-driven workplace. His easy-going style and relationship-focused approach make him a great fit for our team.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and grown-up children, playing golf, watching AFL, traveling, and keeping fit.

Monica

People & Culture Officer

Monica has been with Sunrise2Sunrise since April 2022. With a passion for health promotion and advocacy, Monica is driven by her desire to help people be their best authentic selves and reach their fullest potential.

Monica enjoys facilitating that process through her position as a People and Culture Officer at Sunrise2Sunrise.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family and learning new skills.

Allocation Officer

I have been working in disability for 3 years. I have had the privilege to work my way up as a support worker, and now as an Allocation Officer for Sunrise2Sunrise.

I have always had a passion for the disability sector. I have worked at Sunrise2Sunrise for 1.5 + years now and mainly focus on the Accommodation/ Sil house side of rostering.

 
Catherine Roberts

Head of Service Delivery

Catherine joins the business with a wealth of experience in quality and compliance having worked for 2 decades across NDIS, housing, homelessness, mental health, and education sectors.

She has extensive experience in accreditation, audit processes, governance, and risk, and has spent the last 5 ½ years with an NDIS SIL and centre-based program services provider. Catherine has made an incredible impact throughout her career.

Catherine is energetic, passionate, and dedicated to her work, and is looking forward to working with the Sunrise team to help build on its reputation of quality services.

Linda

Support Coordinator
Linda has been a disability support worker for the last four years and has taken on the role as one of our Support Coordinators at Sunrise2Sunrise.
 
Linda not only loves helping people reach their full potential but also enjoys being a Nana, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Natasha

Support Coordinator

I’ve worked as a Support Coordinator and Support Worker for the past 3 years.

My passion is equality for everyone & I love being able to join a person’s journey towards their goals.

Outside of work you’ll find me with family, out and about with my gigantic fur baby, or at the dog park petting all the other dogs.

Bronte

Support Coordinator

Bronte has a Bachelor of Social Work, giving her broadened knowledge and the skills to perfectly fill the role of Support Coordinator at Sunrise2Sunrise.

Bronte has always had a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. She knows the importance of a balanced life, and outside of work loves exercising and spending time with family and friends.

Melanie

Lead Support Coordinator

Melanie has worked with Sunrise2Sunrise as a support worker and now takes on the Lead Support Coordinator role.

When Melanie isn’t helping people achieve their personal best, she’s enjoying cooking, sewing or spending time with family and friends.

Matt

Community Services Officer

Matt currently works as our Community Services Officer and House Manager with Sunrise2Sunrise.

Having been a support worker, team leader and house manager; Matt has gained extensive experience and skills to inspire and lead the team.

Matt has personal experience within the sector, this has deepened his insight and passion to provide and advocate passionately for those in need.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball and keeping active.

Hailey Davies

Area Manager

Hailey brings over 25 years of experience in the disability sector, having held roles such as Educational Support Officer, DSW, SIL Coordinator, SIL Manager, and Roster Business Partner. 

She is passionate about advocating for people with disabilities and supporting them to lead fulfilling lives. 

Hailey also enjoys mentoring teams, helping staff thrive by leveraging their unique strengths. 

Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, dance, creative arts, markets, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tam Tyson

Area Manager

Tam is passionate about connecting with clients and ensuring their needs are met. 

Tam has extensive experience in NDIS quality and safety, housing and service delivery. 

She has over 5 years of senior management roles in the disability sector and uses her experience to connect, inspire and lead others. 

In her spare time, Tam enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends, coaching and volunteering at her basketball club.

Rasela has been a valued member of the Sunrise2Sunrise team for over 5 years and brings a wealth of experience, having served as an Area Manager for over 3.5 years.

What gets our Area Manager Nish out of bed in the morning is providing everything he can do for the people that need it the most.

Nish thrives on finding the balance between work and personal life for our team.

The energetic and mature Nish provides a shoulder to lean on for anyone in our organisation.

He specialises in developing relationships with participants, their families and therapists.

Sandra

BIS Manager

Sandra is the Behaviour Intervention Services Manager/APO at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care.

Her role is extensive and includes reducing and eliminating the use of restrictive practice, liaising with Behaviour Support Practitioners and Victorian Senior Practitioners.

Sandra has 10 years’ experience working in the Mental Health and Community Sector as well as experience as a Support Worker and Coordinator.

Sandra is passionate in assisting people to live a safe, inclusive and valued life.

Hey, I am Kausar Vahora, working as a Finance Manager with a passion for numbers and knack for finance strategy. My professional journey has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to make sound finance decisions and drive profitability. In addition to my financial expertise, I cherish quality time with my family and relish the thrill of exploring new places.

Shay

Relationship Manager

Shay’s passion lies in helping people with disabilities access quality care the way they want it. She oversees several Sunrise2Sunrise residential houses and staffing teams as our Intake Manager. Shay has a lot of professional experience as a team leader and coordinator. She also has a background in primary school teaching, including six months in China. When Shay isn’t kicking goals for us, she will walk her dogs or be in the garden.

Program Manager – Child, Youth & Family

Anne has an expert background in the Disability and Welfare sector, having worked as a support worker, team leader, and house coordinator.

Anne’s experiences equip her to lead our team as the Sunrise2Sunrise Program Manager – Child, Youth & Family.

Anne is passionate about seeing people progress in the sector, become leaders in their own right and add value to the lives of our participants.
