Gaurav Gupta is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and corporate strategy; Gaurav is a highly experienced leader known for his impactful contributions across a range of industries. His core strengths include financial planning, risk management, compliance, and business advisory, enabling organisations to achieve both growth and long-term financial stability.

Over the past six years, Gaurav has focused on providing business advisory services within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) sector. He has helped service providers navigate the complex regulatory environment while ensuring financial sustainability and improving resource allocation to deliver high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

Gaurav’s comprehensive understanding of financial management, paired with his strategic vision, allows him to develop bespoke solutions for organisations facing multifaceted challenges. In his earlier career, Gaurav worked with large accounting firms, where he specialised in audit and business advisory for small and mid-sized businesses. Outside of work, Gaurav enjoys spending time with his daughter, being actively involved in her upbringing, and maintaining an active lifestyle amidst his work and family commitments.
