Scaling peaks, elevating lives – Turning every meter into meaningful impact!
Our Director, Krishna Sevak, will embark on a journey to climb the Everest basecamp as a personal challenge and raise funds for the Cardinia Foundation. A dollar will be donated for every metre covered by Krishna.

With the base camp standing at 5364 metres (17598.43 feet), each step symbolises her progress towards contributing to the foundation. If Krishna reaches the top, the total donation will be AUD 5364. Krishna’s expedition begins on May 3, 2024, and concludes on May 14, 2024.
Previously, Krishna accomplished the remarkable feat of ascending to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, which stands at an impressive 2,228 metres (7,310 feet).
Krishna’s message throughout her journey is inclusivity and empowerment, encapsulated by her motto, “If I can do it, so can you.“
Krishna aims to show that determination and perseverance can overcome any obstacle, and her climb served as a platform to promote healthier lifestyles and advocate for those facing disabilities.

To engage the community further, Krishna utilised QR codes to share information about her climb and the Cardinia Foundation, encouraging broader participation in her charitable endeavours. (3rd May 20024 -14th May 2024)

Krishna Sevak’s hike for charity reminds us of the power of resilience and compassion, inspiring others to believe in their ability to effect change and support those in need. You can also be a part of this by donating here.
